Coaching Sessions (Booking Required)
Coaching, strategy sessions, and consulting services are non‑refundable once the session is delivered.
Cancellations.
You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Missed or late‑cancelled sessions are not refundable.
How We Use Your Information
Deliver service, Process payment, improve user experience, provide support, Send updates or confirmations
All digital products — including templates, workbooks, AI‑generated content, mini‑courses, planners, journals, and downloadable files — are non‑refundable due to instant access and digital delivery.
Monthly Subscriptions
Your subscription renews monthly and stays active until you cancel through your PayPal account
Subscriptions are non‑refundable, including partial months.
You may cancel anytime, and your access continues until the end of your billing cycle.
Group Coaching Programs
Group coaching fees are non‑refundable once the program has started. If you need to cancel before the start date, contact us at least 48 hours before the first session.
Hosting Services (Website, Email, Domain)
Hosting subscriptions are billed monthly and are non‑refundable once activated. You may cancel anytime, and services will remain active until the end of the billing period.
Payment Errors
If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review the transaction.
