- Group = Saturday only (once a week): free, two sessions (morning + evening) so different schedules and timezones can all join one.
- One-on-one = Monday to Friday (5 days): paid $27 calls every weekday, up to 15 slots a week, spread out so you never burn out.
- Sunday off: protect one full day.
Watch: Two things. First, 15 one-on-one slots a week is a lot to fill early on – start by opening only 1-2 slots per day and add more as demand grows, so an empty calendar never looks slow. REFUND POLICY
Refund Eligibility
Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to services, all sales are final and non-refundable under normal circumstances.
Exception-Based Refunds
Refunds may be considered ONLY in the following cases:
1. Technical Failure
- If hosting services are not activated within 48 hours
- If digital products are not delivered within 24 hours
- If login credentials do not work and cannot be resolved within 72 hours
2. Service Non-Delivery
- If coaching sessions are not scheduled within 14 days of purchase (MBC Pro & Business Suite only)
- If AI access is not provided within 48 hours
3. Duplicate Purchase
- If you accidentally purchased the same package twice
Refund Request Process
To request a refund under eligible circumstances:

- Detailed explanation of the issue

- Allow 3-5 business days for review

- You will be banned from future purchases
